AAAL has learned that there will be a major entertainment event that could affect room availability across the entire Pittsburgh area and surrounding suburbs during AAAL 2022. This event coincides with Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights of the conference. We encourage everyone, when they register for the conference, to reserve your hotel room as soon as possible to ensure that your lodging needs are met.
Omni William Penn Early Departure Fees: All guests staying at the Omni William Penn Hotel should confirm their departure date upon checking in to the hotel. An early departure fee equal to one night's room rate (+tax) will be added to your account, if the departure change is not made at check-in. 

Omni William Penn Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any guaranteed hotel reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.
