How do I use the conference app?

Open the Apple or Google Play Store. Search for “AAAL 2024 Conference.” The conference app should be among the first ones to show up. Attendees need to use the same email they used when registering for the conference.

How can I tell if a session has been canceled?

In the online program or app, it will begin with [Canceled].

Who do I contact if I have an emergency during Conference?

If you need assistance from the Conference Support staff find someone with an "Ask Me" button or email conference@aaal.org. If you need medical help, most Importantly, please do not use your cell phones to call 911!! Instead, use one of the hotel house phones and dial “55”. “55" is the Emergency Line here at the hotel. Dialing “55” bypasses all calls and goes directly to the Front Desk, Security, or Operator and will thus set in motion our Emergency Response Teams. Be aware, that in situations involving medical emergencies, we clear the Valet Motor Lobby. We will have a manager in place waiting to escort the Paramedics. In addition, we hold an elevator on the first floor to ensure rapid access to the floor that they are needed to respond to.
