AAAL 2022 Room Rates:

  • Deluxe King / Queen Guestrooms - $175.00 + 14% tax
  • Deluxe Double / Double Guestrooms - $175.00 + 14% tax

Omni William Penn Early Departure Fees: All guests staying at the Omni William Penn Hotel should confirm their departure date upon checking in to the hotel. An early departure fee equal to one night's room rate (+tax) will be added to your account, if the departure change is not made at check-in.

Hotel Details:

  • Rooms are based on a first come/first serve basis. Reservations should be booked no later than February 25, 2022.
  • Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 12:00 noon.
  • Guest rates available 3 days pre- and post-event, based on availability at time of reservation
  • All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card which will be supplied at registration. You have up to 72 hours prior to arrival to cancel your room without penalty. Regardless of how reservation is made, if a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, they will be considered a “no-show” and charged one night’s room and tax.
  • AAAL has learned that there will be a major entertainment event that could affect hotel room availability across the entire Pittsburgh area and surrounding suburbs during AAAL 2022. This event coincides with Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights of conference. We encourage everyone, when they register for conference, to reserve your hotel room as soon as possible to ensure that your lodging needs are met.
  • Service Project: SAY GOODNIGHT TO HUNGER: Join Omni William Penn Hotel in their partnership to end the plight of hunger. Over 48 million Americans struggle with putting food on the table. For all rooms booked under the AAAL Conference, regardless of how the reservation is made, Omni will contribute one meal per room night.
