Session Chairs

Session Chair Information

In recent years, AAAL organizers have had difficulty finding enough volunteers to serve as session chairs so we have decided to try something new this year.

All paper presenters will be expected to chair a session at the conference. After the conference program goes online they will receive an email from the organizing committee asking them which session they would like to chair. For sessions with 3 papers, one chair will be needed; for sessions with 5 papers, 2 chairs will be needed.

It is likely that we will still need some volunteer session chairs at the conference although far fewer than recent years. If you are interested in chairing a session please send a message to pquinn@oise.utoronto.ca.
